BWBP Consulting Ltda. (corporate ID 11.351.126/0001-27) processes personal data (such as name, email and phone) solely to address inquiries and provide consulting and engineering services. Data is securely stored, kept confidential and never shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), you may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Use the contact form on this site to make the request.

What data we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone, company and whatever message you write. Maturity self-assessment: your answers to the eight questions and the resulting score, plus your email if you choose to give it. The self-assessment can be completed without identifying yourself.

Legal basis: processing rests on the legitimate interest of replying to those who contact us and, where an engagement exists, on performance of the contract. No sensitive data is requested.

Retention: contact and self-assessment records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and for up to [TO CONFIRM: period] after the last contact, unless a longer statutory retention applies. They are deleted thereafter.

Who we share it with

Data resides with the site's hosting provider and BWBP's email service, both contracted processors bound to confidentiality. We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data. Sharing with third parties occurs only under a legal or judicial order.

Your rights

The LGPD guarantees you: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or out of date, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information on who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. We honour these requests free of charge.
